QUESTION:    My system is up to date but the disk installer doesn’t install the games to my PC.

ANSWER:    Check to see if you have Administrator status on your PC.  (Most people do but
some computers with multi users don’t always have it.)

Follow these steps to set yourself up as Administrator”

For Windows 8:

Right-click on the Windows icon on your taskbar at bottom left of the screen.   

Click FILE EXPLORER, then click MANAGE.   

Click LOCAL USERS AND GROUPS and then click USERS.   

Right-click YOUR user name and select PROPERTIES.  

Click on the MEMBER OF tab.  Click ADD, then ADVANCED and then FIND NOW.   

Double click on ADMINISTRATORS on the search results list.   Click OK until you exit out all open
windows.  

AFTER following these steps, try to reinstall the games.

For Vista and Windows 7:

Click on START or Windows logo on your taskbar at bottom of screen.   

Right-click on MY COMPUTER or COMPUTER and then select MANAGE.   

Click on the Users folder, your user names should appear to the right.

Right-click YOUR user name and select properties.  Click on the MEMBER OF tab.  

Click ADD, then ADVANCED and then FIND NOW.   Double click on administrators on the search
results list.   

Click OK until you exit out all open windows.
